interlift 2023: Great interest and more international joint participations than expected in 2019

Augsburg – The upcoming interlift 2023 is under consistently positive auspices: The industry's leading trade fair will be able to build on its pre-pandemic successes, even if it will not quite match the results of the most successful event to date, 2019. The foundation for this positive development was also the successful execution of interlift 2022, despite difficult conditions. Nearly 12,000 elevator experts from 87 countries ensured a positive atmosphere among the 350 exhibitors.

International joint stands on the rise

The project management has already received just over 300 registrations from 23 countries, and 62 percent of the companies are not headquartered in Germany. The number of exhibitors will increase significantly once the joint participations are implemented in the coming weeks and months.

Two major participations are currently being prepared in Italy: 700 m² have been reserved for the EFESME / ANACAM presentation, and almost the same space for ANICA. We are looking forward to the joint presentation of Indian companies, which will be taking place in Augsburg for the first time.

Korea will also be represented at interlift for the first time with a larger joint exhibition, and discussions are also underway with the NAEC and the China Shippers Association – China, too, is very interested in presenting its products to the global market again after the enforced break.

Worldwide advertising for interlift 2023 starts at Asansör

In 2023, interlift will once again be promoted at a whole series of elevator trade fairs. The first event will be Asansör (March 9-12) in Istanbul, followed by Expo Elevador Brasil in Sao Paulo in May (May 9-11). Also in focus will be the GLE Global Lift & Escalator Expo in South Africa, Lift Expo Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, the International Lift Expo in Korea, the NAEC Convention in Reno, USA, and Eurasia Elevator. International knowledge platform accompanying the trade fair: VFA Forum interlift

The VFA Forum interlift will once again accompany the trade fair this year with approximately 45 international expert presentations. This year's key topics are digitalization, trends and future technologies, and sustainability. Further details can be found here.
