Your tasks: • Triggering orders via the ERP system based on internal purchase requisitions (commission-related), internal requirement notifications and ERP-supported requirement determination • Entering ongoing processes into the ERP system (orders online/by phone) • Filing and maintaining all order-relevant documents and correspondence in the ERP system, Excel parts lists and on Windows servers • Commercial review of order confirmations and, if necessary, technical and scheduling clarification in coordination with the respective specialist departments • Creating inquiries from suppliers • Reviewing incoming goods invoices • Reviewing and tracking delivery dates • Master data maintenance in the ERP system • Creating defect notifications/delivery reminders • Processing returns • Creating and preparing price comparisons • Price negotiations in coordination with the purchasing management

Your profile: • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. industrial clerk, merchant in wholesale and foreign trade or similar • Preferably several years of commercial professional experience in a technical environment, but career starters are also welcome • Good ERP knowledge is ideal • Confident use of MS Office (primarily Outlook and Excel) • Independent and careful way of working • Strong understanding of numbers • Negotiating skills, good communication skills • Ability to work in a team • Resilience and commitment ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We offer: 30 days of vacation is great - but by no means everything.
