Your tasks
• Planning passenger conveyor systems (new construction/renovation/modernization) for demanding projects from project initiation to acceptance of the systems (performance phases 1-9 HOAI)
• Development and preparation of all phase-specific planning documents (calculations, cost estimates, scheduling, reports, bills of quantities, etc.)
• Coordination and targeted implementation of the planned systems
• Preparation of expert opinions
• Preparation of risk assessments

Your Profile
• Completed degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/civil engineering/architecture or comparable (university/technical college/bachelor's/master's degree)
• Ideally, professional experience in the field of passenger transport technology (elevators and escalators)
• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines is desirable
• Proficient use of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
• Knowledge of the HOAI (Federal Office for Architectural Services) and VOB (Federal Contract Procedures for Contracts and Services) is desirable
• High sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and enthusiasm
• Willingness to travel within the location area
• Very good written and spoken German skills

• Planung von Personenfördertechnik (Neubau/Sanierung/Modernisierung) von anspruchsvollen Projekten vom Projektstart bis zur Abnahme der Anlagen (Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 HOAI)
• Erarbeitung und Erstellung von allen phasenspezifischen Planungsdokumenten (Berechnungen, Kostenermittlung, Terminplanung, Berichte, Leistungsverzeichnisse etc.)
• Koordinierung und zielgerechte Umsetzung der geplanten Anlagen
• Gutachtenerstellung
• Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
