Young managers are in greater demand than ever – but technical knowledge alone is no longer enough. Those taking on leadership responsibilities also need a solid foundation of personal and social skills. This makes it all the more important to prepare young talents specifically for their future roles.

This is exactly where the VFA Young Leadership Day comes in:
The aim of the event is to specifically promote exchange and networking among like-minded people in a safe environment. Participants receive inspiration for their personal and professional development and can contribute their own experiences and ideas.
This creates a platform for dialogue and inspiration at eye level.

The event will be accompanied by Jochen Schlicht, an expert in leadership development.

The event will premiere on September 3-4, 2025 in Hamburg and is aimed specifically at your junior managers and potential candidates aged 20 to 40.
