ZAM GmbH designs, manufactures, and installs custom steel shaft structures for elevator systems in new and existing buildings. Our services include: structural design and static calculations of the shaft structures according to current DIN standards and state-specific building regulations; manufacturing in our own workshop using certified welding processes and documented quality procedures; installation by our own skilled personnel, including adjustment and adaptation to the structural conditions; fastening concepts and connection to existing structures (e.g., reinforced concrete, masonry, or steel frames); construction in galvanized or powder-coated steel, optionally with glass or sandwich panels; integration of technical components (e.g., car guide rails, support profiles, shaft accesses, maintenance doors); and support for verifiable structural analysis and documentation in accordance with VOB and VFA guidelines.
