Telegärtner Elektronik is an expert in elevator emergency calls and offers emergency telephones, IP gateways (4G, VoLTE), emergency call centers, and innovative cloud solutions for elevator emergency calls.
As part of the TGE Group, consisting of Telegärtner Elektronik, TG Services, and Siwaltec, we develop communications technology for safety and convenience. The TGE Group offers excellent services, hardware, and support. Our specialties include elevator emergency calls, the operation of our emergency call center, and the provision of SIM cards and door intercom systems. TG Services operates a VdS-certified emergency call center in Crailsheim, with backup centers in Düsseldorf and Prague. The focus here is on connecting emergency call devices, intervention, and other services. Siwaltec, another company in the TGE Group, offers SIM card solutions.

We are proud to announce that all our products are manufactured in our own production facility in Crailsheim, Germany.
