NZB's concept allows for the adaptation of elevator emergency call solutions to the individual needs of elevator installers. Depending on requirements, the monitoring of connections can be handled by Behnke GmbH Emergency Call Center up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Naturally, Behnke Emergency Call Center also operates redundant emergency call centers that are activated in the event of a failure of the main control center. Currently, Behnke Emergency Call Center monitors and manages approximately 14,000 emergency call systems in elevators.
