Behnke is a well-established, medium-sized family business with experience and expertise in the field of door and emergency call communication. The Behnke Group combines the development, production, and distribution of door, emergency call, and elevator emergency call intercoms.

For more than 20 years, elevator installers have found a reliable partner in the Behnke GmbH (NZB) emergency call center for implementing autonomous elevator monitoring. The range of services extends from standard-compliant connection to clear localization and seamless logging in the event of an emergency call, all the way to rescue.
Services
The NZB concept allows the possible solutions in the area of elevator emergency calls to be adapted to the individual needs of elevator installers. Following the motto "Simply more partners!", cooperative and trusting collaboration with business partners plays a crucial role not only in NZB's corporate philosophy, but above all in everyday interactions.

In addition to elevator emergency call hardware, the Behnke GmbH emergency call center offers services related to elevator emergency calls, making it a reliable partner and consultant for the implementation of independent elevator monitoring, especially for small and medium-sized elevator installers. Depending on requirements, the Behnke GmbH emergency call center can monitor the connections up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Of course, the Behnke emergency call center also operates redundant emergency call control centers that are used in the event of a failure of the main control center.

Currently, the Behnke emergency call center monitors and supports approximately 14,000 emergency call systems in elevators.
