The new construction department plans and erects passenger, freight, goods, small goods, bed, and car elevators, as well as shaft structures, using CAD software. The renovation and conversion department modernizes or retrofits existing elevator systems. Our customer-focused service department resolves malfunctions and manages repairs and maintenance. In addition to a 24-hour on-call service for malfunctions, the service department operates an external emergency call station for contract customers to rescue people trapped in elevator cars.
