- External technical office (mechanics) for small or medium-sized elevator companies, providing assistance during bottlenecks
- Special designs that would tie up a customer's own technical office for an extended period or for which specialized expertise is lacking
- Sharing my experience through seminars, company training courses, and lectures
- Technical consulting (also in the form of specialized seminars) on specific technical problems (e.g., elevators for higher speeds, special calculations, introduction of new regulations, etc.)
- Expert opinions on technical problems
- Drives for elevators - primarily V-belt drives, but also drum drives and special drives for heavy freight elevators
- Occasionally also planning according to HOAI (Fees Fees for Architects and Engineers) (especially when special technical requirements and detailed specifications are required)
