We, BBH-Designelemente GmbH, manufacture innovative cabin lighting systems in Germany. We produce both standard sizes and custom-made ceilings to meet any customer's specific requirements. Our patented idea.dome ceiling, with its depth effect, creates the illusion of greater height while simultaneously illuminating the cabin. We offer our customers customized solutions, maximizing functionality with first-class design and individuality in material selection and design. In addition, we provide in-depth expertise in light health (HCL, biodynamic light), lighting controls, and effective control of viruses, germs, and bacteria.
With our patented products idea.dome and idea.luxx, we are the only manufacturers worldwide to offer visually space-expanding cabin lighting that also serves as light sources. This provides the best benefits for modernization projects and complies with the EN 81-20 and EN 81-50 standards that came into effect in September 2017.
With our energy-efficient and long-lasting LEDs, we achieve standard-compliant illuminance (LUX) or significantly higher values, depending on customer requirements. Our indirect lighting ensures our customers are not blinded. We offer the perfect design for every customer need. Our idea.cascado cabin ceiling even allows for the integration of individual customer logos, which function as light sources.
