This position is to be filled as follows with immediate effect:
Full-time, field service, home office

Your tasks

Your contribution: How you shape success

  • You're there to help – whether in 2nd level support for elevator companies (OEMs and service providers) – remotely from your home office or directly on-site: when there are technical issues, you're there. You find solutions, think proactively, and ensure that our elevator systems run smoothly.
  • You share your knowledge – you plan and conduct training sessions – practical and easy to understand. This ensures that our customers know what matters.
  • You provide support and guidance – whether for customer concerns, warranty claims or advice on repair and modernization solutions – you are the reliable contact person people can count on.
  • You take over and keep track of everything – from commissioning to returns and repairs to the spare parts warehouse in your service vehicle: You have everything under control and ensure smooth processes.

qualification

Are you our perfect match? Your profile

  • Ideally, your home should be located between the greater Frankfurt and Nuremberg area.
  • You have a basic technical education under your belt.
  • Experience in the elevator sector (e.g. as a service technician or elevator fitter) is a big plus.
  • You have practical experience in technical customer support – troubleshooting is in your blood.
  • You speak German and English very well; additional languages are welcome.
  • You are communicative, team-oriented, and have a genuine passion for service.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and always find a solution.
