UPDOWN Ingenieurteam für Fördertechnik GmbH is a manufacturer-independent engineering firm specializing in the planning, optimization, and management of elevators, escalators, and other conveying systems. With our headquarters in Hamburg and nine additional locations, we have a nationwide presence in Germany.
We are currently looking for Technical Experts (m/f/d) for elevator management in a full-time position.
Area of operation: Germany-wide – focus on North Rhine-Westphalia or Hesse
Your tasks
• On-site technical inventory of conveying systems (especially elevators) – throughout Germany.
• Documentation of all relevant data and images directly into the company's own CRM form "Lift Management".
• Creation of risk assessments according to current regulations – supported by our in-house software.
• Use of modern tools and measuring instruments, including:
o App for measuring driving quality
CRM-based data collection
o Various technical measuring instruments
• Condition assessment of the facilities with a view to:
o Installed technology
o Maintenance quality
o Forecast of sensible measures
qualification
• Experience in elevator technology or conveyor technology
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany (ideally in the Frankfurt or Cologne/Düsseldorf area)
• Experience or technical assessments of hazard assessments are advantageous
• Safe handling and application of digital tools, apps and Office 365
• Independent, structured work style and high quality orientation
• Team spirit, curiosity and motivation
• Desirable knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and guidelines
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
