Your tasks
• Technical inventory of conveyor systems (especially elevators)
on-site – throughout Germany.
• Documentation of all relevant data and images directly into the company's own CRM form "Lift Management."
• Preparation of risk assessments in accordance with current regulations – supported by our proprietary software.
• Use of modern tools and measuring devices, including:
o App for ride quality measurement
o CRM-based data acquisition
o Various technical measuring devices
• Condition assessment of the systems with a view to:
o Installed technology
o Maintenance quality
o Forecasting appropriate measures

Your Profile
• Experience in elevator or conveyor technology
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany (ideally in the Frankfurt or Cologne/Düsseldorf area)
• Experience or technical evaluation of risk assessments is an advantage
• Confident use and application of digital tools, apps, and Office 365
• Independent, structured working style and a strong focus on quality
• Team spirit, curiosity, and motivation
• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines is desirable
• Very good written and spoken German skills

• Technische Bestandsaufnahme von fördertechnischen Anlagen (insbesondere Aufzüge) vor Ort – deutschlandweit.
• Dokumentation aller relevanten Daten und Bilder direkt ins firmeneigene CRM-Formular „Liftmanagement“.
• Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen nach aktuellen Vorschriften – unterstützt durch unsere firmeneigene Software.
• Einsatz moderner Tools und Messgeräte, darunter:
o App zur Fahrqualitätsmessung
o CRM-basierte Datenerfassung
o Diverse technische Messmittel
• Zustandsbewertung der Anlagen mit Blick auf:
o Verbaute Technik
o Wartungsqualität
