About Us
Take the stairs to the next level!

LUTZ Elevators stands for personal appreciation, responsibility, individuality, and quality in a corporate-independent environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes. We are looking for people who share our passion for technology.

We have been manufacturing high-quality elevator solutions in our own factory in Reinbek near Hamburg since 1927. Our elevators operate in many countries today, but not only on solid ground. We have also been one of the world's leading companies in the construction of ship elevators for years. We support the entire life cycle of an elevator – from sales and production to manufacturer-independent service.

We benefit from our almost 100 years of experience as well as from the innovative spirit of our employees. In addition to a versatile product, you can expect intensive training and an environment where teamwork is fun and where performance is demanded and encouraged.

With our dynamic business development, we are one of the largest elevator manufacturers in Germany. With us, you can soar high – join us!

We are seeking an Elevator Service Technician (m/f/d) for the Hamburg-Mitte or Hamburg-Süd/Ost regions as soon as possible.

Become part of the LUTZ Elevator team and benefit from our advantages:

Job security
You will receive a permanent employment contract with us in our family-run company. A broad range of business activities, from new construction and modernization to in-house production and product development to service, nationally and internationally, on land and on board ships, will see us through any crisis.

Performance-based and fair compensation
We show our appreciation and recognition not only in words of praise. We offer an attractive fixed monthly salary plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.

Inflation compensation
We will help you cope with the high price increases. You will receive a monthly voucher worth €25.00 net, which we will increase to €50.00 after the probationary period.

Company vehicle
We will provide you with a company vehicle for business use and, upon request, for private use. You can take it home with you every day so you can head straight to the elevator in the morning. All materials you may need, e.g., for the elevator, will be provided. Any items you need, e.g., for repairs, will be delivered to your vehicle overnight.

Work-Life Balance and Time Tracking
A flexible working time model, a freely available time account, and 30+1 days of vacation help you balance your professional and private life. With our time account, we ensure that you always have an overview of your hours worked and can take time off to credit them.

LUTZ Academy: Personal Development
Whether it's technical training at our in-house LUTZ Academy or the development of personal skills, it's important to us to support you through professional and personal development measures.

Digitalization Strategy
All of our departments are digitally connected. We provide you with iPhones and iPads for communication. Handwriting timesheets and work reports is a thing of the past.

Company pension plan
We contribute to the company pension plan beyond the legal requirements by subsidizing it with €30.00 per month after the probationary period, thus thinking about tomorrow with you.

Celebrations
At our summer parties, Christmas parties, and after-work events, you can get to know your colleagues outside of the work environment.
