Your tasks
- Receiving goods from freight forwarders and parcels
- Goods receipt inspection, including documentation of any defects.
- Booking of goods receipts in the incoming goods register and ERP check and filing of shipping documents
- Storage or provision in goods issue
- Goods receipt from in-house production
- Goods issue to production and assembly (issuing counter)
- Inventory control
- Placing purchase requisitions with the purchasing department
- Documentation of goods movements
- Creation of picking lists in coordination with the assembly management
- Internal relocations
- Handling of outgoing goods
- Order-related order picking; Creation of issue/delivery notes
- Administration and control of tools, aids and department-owned equipment requiring inspection
Substitute for our truck driver in case of vacation or illness (day shifts)
- Driving a company-owned truck (16t) with loading crane, tail lift and possibly a trailer
- Safe delivery to our construction sites in Northern Germany
- Loading and unloading of components
- Professional load securing
qualification
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or warehouse clerk or related field.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in a technical/craft environment.
- Forklift operator's license / forklift license
- Driving licence class C / CE and valid driver card (5 modules)
- Crane operator's license is an advantage
- Knowledge of load securing
- Basic knowledge of dangerous goods
- Good knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- Ideally, basic ERP knowledge would be helpful.
- Good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Independent and meticulous work ethic
- Teamwork skills, resilience and commitment
